St. Louis native Louis Laney is a young entrepreneur, loyal community activist and proud member of the Craig Shields Foundation. He worked with Mr. Shields in 2009 at WESL 1490 AM and Renegade radio and later went on to work alongside Kevin Hart, Murphy Lee and many others. It was during his time with Mr. Shields that he first learned of CCFK and then became an active member of Community Cuts for Kids where he has assisted many children in their preparation for their first day of school.

With a background that blends business acumen, leadership, and commitment to community engagement, Monique has cultivated a career focused on strengthening organizational talent pipelines, and inspiring individuals to unlock their full career potential. She is known for her strategic thinking, dedication to lifelong learning, and ability to build meaningful relationships – qualities that have propelled her to success in both corporate and nonprofit sectors. Monique's dedication to youth development is evident in her extensive work supporting youth programs and driving youth success. She has actively led and participated in initiatives that provide mentorship, career readiness training, and educational resources for young people, helping them build confidence and essential skills for the future. Her collaborative efforts with schools, community organizations, and corporate partners have created meaningful opportunities for youth to explore diverse career paths and achieve their goals. Monique serves as a mentor, advocate, and role model for people of all ages exploring their unique paths. She believes in the power of education, hard work, and resilience, and feels privileged to support the Burton and Craig Shields Foundation's continual efforts to inspire youth to have confidence, dream big, and embrace their differences.

Shronda Jackson is a St. Louis’s native. She earned her undergraduate at Fontbonne University in Contemporary Studies, first and second masters degree at Webster University in Managment/Leadership and Human Resources. After 25 years in Healthcare, she ventured out into Corporate America. She currently is employed in Human Resources. She has a passion for giving back and community involvement. She joined CCFK in 2010.

Glenn Johnson is a resolute community advocate and a proud board member and participant of the Burton & Craig Shields Foundation for the last 10 years. At 54 years old, Glenn brings both professional expertise and a deep personal commitment to supporting youth and families in need. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Maryland, a background that has fueled his passion for understanding and uplifting others. Glenn has spent the past 26 years working at UnitedHealthcare, where he currently serves as a Utilization Manager—experience that has strengthened his leadership, problem‑solving skills, and compassion for the well‑being of others. Glenn has been happily married for 13 years and is the father of three children, two boys and one girl—who inspire his dedication to creating positive opportunities for the next generation. As a board member, he is honored to support the Foundation’s mission to boost children’s confidence and self-esteem through free haircuts and community support and care.

Pamela, the Assistant VP/Controller for the accounting department, earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Morgan State University. She has over 37 years’ experience in accounting entirely in the Real Estate industry and is interested in the valuation of commercial and residential properties. She has an extraordinary commitment to the training and development of the project accountants in the accounting department, guiding them to success. Pamela has worked for many prominent family-owned Real Estate Development Companies and has had a successful career, centered on financial analysis, budgeting, and property management accounting. Pamela is a native Washingtonian and her passion for working with people traces back to the roots of her mother and grandmother. She is truly a people-person, who loves to travel, dance, and spend time with her two adult children and family.
